Miss Elle is beyond words ADORABLE! SUPER athletic & an absolute love muffin with those she knows & loves - Miss Elle is SOO expressive in everything she does, she brings a smile to my face...and I can be assured that I am never questioning how she is feeling :o) The best for me is when she learns to overcome a situation that she was unsure &/or nervous about....her sense of pride bursts from her seams & engulfs both you and her in the moment! A perfect example is this past weekend....we decided to shake it up a little, & in groups, we all took some rides to the Bedford park for some real play time :o).....I knew she would LOVE it, so first on my list, I took Miss Elle....and I was right - she was PURE JOY! I had found a long 20ft+ lead the day before when I was cleaning out our closet - so I brought that & used it to allow everyone to have some extra room to play @ the park while still being "under control"....Elle & I went over to the far playground & started climbing on the juggle gym - we were going up the stairs....through the tunnel....over the wobbly bridge....and even down the slide! She was a bit unsure - but once I did it first, she was eager to follow...& was SO visibly proud of herself afterwards.....it was really funny to see..... but her FAVORITE part were the swings!!!....we went over & I sat on one of the swings & gave her room on the leash to explore a bit.....I started swinging & she just thought this was the coolest thing in the world!....FINALLY - someone was able to "jump" as high as she could! :o) She was running back & forth with me as I swung....and then when I would get a little higher, each time i swung forward she would try to jump with my legs & get as high as they were.....I have to admit....I don't know which one of us was having more fun in the moment - me or her! 


This is just one of Miss Elle's AMAZING stories of how VERY athletic she is...& how wonderfully expressive she can be! She has yet to see much of the world....and she can get nervous at the thought of something new (& potentially scary) - but if you can gain her trust, she will follow you TO THE ENDS OF THE EARTH! And once she realizes that the thing she feared the most - is actually a whole lot of FUN - she can't contain her HAPPINESS.....and the best part....ITS CONTAGIOUS!! :o)
