Biscuit has completely captivated us with her incredible athletic abilities and wiggly, peppy charming disposition. She's got a gorgeous golden split face coloring and although she has a typical stocky pittie head, her size will surprise you! She is one petite little girl. Such a perfect size! If you take a look at her pictures you may notice her lovely large round paws. These are not puppy paws… she is a full grown adult dog, we promise! She loves to use her arms and heavy floppy paws during play and will hold onto a toy almost like a human would! Occasionally to entice her doggy friends to play, she will politely place her paw on their head! It is absolutely adorable!
Biscuit can play ball literally all day and night if you let her. She will focus all of her attention on you as soon as you pick up a toy which is awesome for so many reasons! Of course, it's great fun but it gets her some exercise in too!
On one of the first days Biscuit was here we took her into the yard to play with Brady.. she was much more interested in chasing after toys and to our surprise, when one of the balls took a high bounce, Biscuit almost FLIPPED up in the air for it! This girl has some major ups! You'll see some fun examples of this in the videos on this page. What an awesome, playful little sweetie!! |

The first few days on walks, Biscuit was a bit overwhelmed by her new farm surroundings. She wasn't quite sure how to walk on a leash either! Although Biscuit is super friendly, when she was calmly approached by one of the farm grounds workers she got a bit bashful and stayed by the handlers side for safety. She lowered her head and wagged her tail in a slinky, sweet, submissive way. We, of course, allowed her to have her space and just hang out without pressure. Biscuit worked up enough courage to eventually approach him on her own time. She continues to gain more and more leash walking confidence each day!
Biscuit loves playing with other dogs!! She has become great friends with Brady, Kipper and Ralphie. It's a good thing Biscuit is easily distracted by toys as sometimes her play can get a bit rough. It's all in good fun in her eyes but sometimes we will use a ball or toy to stop her from bugging her playmates! We will also use a drag leash to give her a play break as well if needed!
Biscuit has an awesome "chill button".. meaning she's super calm indoors. We often find her snuggled up on a mountain of blankets patiently observing all that is going on around her. Biscuit would make an excellent companion for an active, non chaotic household!
