Confident Gus guiding Buttercup!
Buttery soft Buttercup is not only strikingly beautiful she is also super sweet and gentle! Depending on your meeting style Butter might be a little shy at first.. She likes to follow behind her sister(?) the uber outgoing Bluebell.. Once Bluebell pioneers her way to a kind affectionate human Butter is emboldened to follow suit! We think as she settles in Butter will have more confidence. Right now everything is still so new .. she's more comfortable observing before jumping into your lap!
Buttercup has a gorgeous tiger striped coat with splashes of white and dreamy brown eyes. Joy is her default setting! You can see her big happy smile in all her photos and her body language inviting play! Buttercup is dear & precious! She's one of those dogs that makes people ooooh and awwwww!! She'll lean her pretty face on you and gaze into your eyes... snuggle and smooch and then pop off for a scamper!! Buttercup is curious, sensitive and very observant.
She's quite a social butterfly with other dogs....she has become fast friends with lots of our social doggies! Buttercup really enjoys treats and is willing to earn every one of them! She's picking up so much so fast.. and she's having a blast learning new things every day!! After a brief introduction and trust building, Buttercup becomes super affectionate. In the yard with her buddies our handlers some times have to peel her off, she wants to be next to us all the time! What a gem!
Buttercup is learning what the(at times) busy farm life is all about! Walks down to the horse barn area can be a bit scary for her! All the horses and people moving about.. using confident doggie friends and lots of loving food and praise, she is learning that these moving parts aren't so scary after all!
