We can tell you a lot about ELLE.. Shes been with us longer than any other dog.. theres not a thing 'wrong' with her in fact she is one of the most loving, loyal, playful, smart, pretty little dogs we've ever had the great fortune to know! Why then is she still with us? Because of her "stranger danger" .. she tends to behave defensively with new people.. (so you can imagine she does NOT show well to potential adopters!!) We have had plenty of time to get to know Elle and she has thrived in our care here at the farm.. She is incredibly bright, quick and eager to learn.. she's willing to do ANYTHING you ask.

Theres actually not a dog who demonstrates as much joy in her greeting ritual as does Elle.. She wags her whole body with delight as friends approach.. she doesnt jump up and slobber you with kisses but she can lift off the ground and jump beside you.. she'll hop in your lap if (and only if ) you invite her to!!
The best of all worlds Elle would most enjoy and active life.. meaning keeping her sharp mind entertained.. and a home that didnt have many new people coming and going.. She is so beautifully trained, attentive, sweet and affectionate.. she is a truly wonderful companion.. incredibly loving and devoted.. Its a shame she has that one fly in the ointment... !! Were it not for that she would be someones very special devoted friend!! You can see in the pics below how thrilled Elle is to greet her friends.. play and share affection.. She is such a honey-pie!
Elle was the first member of our "HOMIES PACK".. We have long thought of the farm as her home and us as her family. We decided its a good time to make it official and formally ADOPT this beautiful girl! We have shifted things energetically so she feels and knows she IS completely HOME! Elle has been here teaching us, loving us and brightening all of our lives for nearly a decade!
Recently we had an opportunity to provide Elle with her own air conditioned and heated bedroom! Everything that is important to her is there.. soft cushy beds, scads of toys, peace, calm, music and of course companionship. WE are delighted to report that she is blissfully happy! All of us will contribute and we will share photos and videos going back to the day she arrived! We might soon create a wish list for Elles new room... Stay tuned for more!!!

Serenade your dog!! Dogs love singing humans!!! People are generally happy and relaxed when they sing.. dogs are always in touch with our emotional state (even if we aren't LOL) Dogs tend to feed back to us what we send out and singing is a really simple and funny way to spread the love!! Try it! Elle loves Debs singing!! We all do!
