If you are looking for a small, gentle, relaxed companion with a happy go lucky lovable demeanor... look no further! Merriwether is a dream of a darling little lady. She is respectful and soft while sporting a bubbly, expressive side once she gets comfortable.
She has come out of her shell a surprising amount since arriving not so long ago. At first, even the thought of walking on a leash terrified her... now she takes a little coaxing out of her crate but once she gains the confidence to walk out and sees the leash she is ready to go! Still shes not one to be forced.. (well no one is really!) She trots along with you on a walk, even taking opportunities to have a good roll in the cool long grass along the way!
Merriwether is a lap dog through and through. She loves to put her two little front feet on your thigh and will patiently wait for you to invite her up. Then she'll hop right up and snug lovingly into you!
Merri will make a loving addition to a quiet home. She will loyally love you for her entire life, no questions asked!
UPDATE: Merri is a queen of the walk! She thoroughly enjoys a full tour of the farm.. he prancey legs swinging her chubby torso along, head held high.. She almost looks like she owns the place! Merri even chooses to go into the barn to visit horses and check out whats happening! Shes become so free to be her charming self!! Shes a hoot..
