Mutts... is a happy, sweet, friendly and insecure, big, cookies and cream speckles and spots.. goofball. He is essence of MUSH.. loves to get loved on, gives major love gaze .. even does the slow to open love blinks, enjoys body contact, has a soft gentle mouth, fancies sweet little dogs.. and is very careful with them.. we think he thinks hes a wee doggie himself! LOL!!! He arrived to us a complete KLUTZ ,puppy young.. with no idea of leashes and manners in the world shared with humans!!!.. Being a dog who has fears he prefers predictability in his every day life.. He is used to living on a farm and having a schedule of sorts.. he has certain zones that from time to time he wants to avoid.. we not sure why but its important to have "conversations" with Mutts on such matters and much like a sense when he's ready to cope and when its best to work around his preferences!!

Muttsy is a true gentleman..he calmly and politely walks on leash. He is very attuned boy and deeply yearns for connection and praise! Muttsy knows every cue .. sit , look, come, lay down, touch.. Muttsy is so loved and he trusts humans who not only understand dog language but are actually interested in what he has to say! Muttsy is a relationship dog.. friendship is important to him... He is attentive, smart, engages easily, picks up on new ideas quickly, enjoys learning and adventure! Mushball Mutts is a wonderful combination of sweet and cuddly, hang out loungey on the couch, roll around in the grass lover and super hero action figure ..ready for fun, ball chasing, game playing, hike the hills mate !
Muttsy is hilarious to watch during his free play time ... he falls in love with certain toys and carefully carries them around is his mouth all day moving from one location to the next... like it's his little baby... now and then he'll drop them as if he's lost interest only to.. in his cat-like movement.. ambush & pounce on them .. so funny!
Muttsy enjoys having a happy, easy going, relaxed human companion....he's rather sensitive, somewhat insecure and extremely cooperative. He's a pleaser and could be easily be hurt.. ( seems the big dogs are always so tender hearted!! So for Mr M. someone who would always feel his inherent goodness & innocence and would totally understand that if he ever made a mistake.. thats all it could ever be .. a mistake.. He tries so hard to do the right thing.. the fun thing.. He is very sincere!

Muttsy is a Love Dogs Dogs, Through and Through
Heres what makes Muttsy Muttsy. He is charmingly insecure.. I'm convinced he sees himself as a small somewhat defenseless dog! He's big and looks like a fiercely powerful guy but not in his view! He spooks at sudden sounds, like birds or squirrels rustling about in underbrush, he was horrified to cross over large black drain pipes.. well, until we hid chicken bits all over them!!! He feels threatened by strangers who look at him.. He prefers to be " invisible" until he deems it safe to approach and certain no movements, including eyes traveling in his direction! He loves gentle, little dogs, young happy dogs with no bone to pick.. Theres no dog that gives a more enthusiastic love explosion greeting to me and his other friends than MUTTS!! He knows my car, my car engine sound, he knows my voice, scent and exactly the fastest way to lure me toward him!! He is an all out LOVER.. he has delightful rituals.. like when I enter his kennel and curl up on his elevated bed he is so excited he runs and grabs every one of his toys, one at a time.. hops on to the bed drops the toy and leaps off to grab another!
Muttsy enjoys human companions who have a comfort with big dogs, can see and understand his particular insecurities & convince him his always safe.. He listens to pep talks and at times needs a bit of encouragement! We all here truly enjoy all of his wonderful, silly, endearing "isims". My favorite dog to be with is Muttsy.. he makes me laugh, feel like I'm his best buddy, I am deeply moved by how much he trusts me, he is a divine cuddler, he gives amazing love gazes.. He enjoys a lot of very simple everyday ordinary things.. he is the best company! I LOVE every moment with him!
