Sammie is a precious boy, loves to cuddle in any way, shape or form. Surprisingly for his age and stature, he is willing and able to jump up on the bed or couch. He will do anything to get to a comfortable lap!! During a meeting, Sammie approached Sharon who was sitting in a chair and had her legs crossed at the ankles.. Sammy weighed his options, tip toeing back and forth trying to figure out something... once his brain nailed down a strategy he promptly hopped and climbed up Sharon's legs starting from the very bottom and snuggled his way unto a deep snooze circle on her lap! SO PRECIOUS and bold for a such a little guy!!

Darling itty bitty chi boy Sammie has completely stolen our hearts. He is a wee boy weighing in at only 4 lbs. He was brought to a kill shelter in South Carolina with his best buddy Tigger and unfortunately their history before that is unknown. Tigger and Sammie live together and seemed to always have.. they groom one another like cats and are always looking out for the other. In all our years, we have yet to see such a loving, close and healthy relationship between two dogs. They are both burrowers and you'll often see them intertwined with one another fully under the blankets!

Sammie enjoys exploring the outdoors and is pretty active for his age. He's an easy going dude with so much love to give. Sammie does have some medical anomalies that we are working to figure out and will continue to post updates as we get them. We are really hoping someone will open their home to both Sammie and Tigger.. check out their videos to see just how SWEET these two are! <3
