Miss Winifred is an adorable, delicate and girly, snaggle toothed little Chi mix.. she looks like a relative of our Ray Ray and follows him everywhere! He LOVES the admiration!! She thinks he is the bees knees!!! Winnie is wonderfully social, chill, confident and playful! Although Winnie just arrived to us she easily made her way into everyone's hearts and social groups..
